"A wonderful, albeit short, visit. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. We even were invited to join them, and local friends for a Sunday dinner. It was Easter, so a lot luck for holiday dishes from friends. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bath was a bit tight. It's a perfect place for a family ,couple and a nicer setting cannot be found. Highly recommend!"

The perfect family getaway

"Even if I tried, I can not think of one negative thing or issue with our stay in Pagosa Springs at the Hot Toddy. The house was just the right size, it was comfortable,well stocked with ALL things and had the best morning and evening views. I could not soak it all in fast enough. The teens had a wonderful time playing games, the husband was in heaven fishing and catching his very first trout. The littles loved the yard games in the sun room, and I really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the patio. Colorado is like a second home to us to get away from Texas every now and again, and the Hot Toddy in Pasoga Springs will be number one on our list to come back to time and time again. Thank you again to the host for allowing us to make memories in your home."

Pagosa Springs Getaway w/ Patio & Lake Views!

Comfortable stay

"2nd time staying at property. Everything was clean and spacious. New flooring and paint throughout since we stayed last. The only thing that can use improvement is kitchen prepping knives were practically non existent (broken handles) and non stick pans need to be replaced. I had to go to Walmart and buy a cheap set for 12. Maybe they will read this review and purchase a new set for this property along with prepping knives. . Other than that I would stay again but would bring my own coffee filters, knives and pans. "

New Hot Tub! Quality Home with Amazing Views, near San Juan Forest A/C

Spring break ski trip

"House was great. Loved the wood burning fireplace in the living room/dining area. The hot tub is not seen in the pictures but sits up on a hill outside the house with an awesome view of the valley below. we were able to use the garages which was nice to not have the car not freezing in the morning. overall 5 stars!!!"

Perfect for family ski trip

"Winter’s Cabin was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for easy access to Wolf Creek Ski mountain. The deck is lovely with an incredible view and includes rocking chairs, a grill, a full dining table, and a hot tub! The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 5. "

Fantastic Property

"This place does not deserve to be on a 5 point scale because it was a 10 out of 10. The owner of the property spared no expense on the house and amenities. Everything was well thought out and made for a perfect stay. If you are looking for a property that has upscale amenities, this it. Large kitchen with Wolf appliances, gas fireplaces in many rooms, hot tub outside, sauna in master bathroom, beautiful surroundings in a gated community with large lots. "

Spacious & cozy cabin

"We loved our stay here. This home is huge, pictures don’t even do it justice. Our large family of all ages fit comfortably. The wood burning fireplaces throughout the home made it feel super cozy. The lake views are stunning through the large windows as you cozy up on the couch. Would definitely stay here again. "
