"The house was even better than the we expected after seeing the photos online. Right on the river. Very spacious and clean. Everything in the house was well kept and updated. The management company's communication was amazing. He either answered my call or replied to my text within 5 minutes each time I reached out. We had a small power issue one evening and he had someone respond to the house within 30 minutes to fix it. We will be looking to come back in the summer. If you are curious about the town... South Fork is about 20-25 min from Wolf Creek ski resort and about 55 min from Pagosa Springs. In South Fork we enjoyed the Pizzaria/Pub, ice skating in town which was free and come-and-go on your own, and quick amenities at the Dollar General or grocery store were only 6 minutes away."

"We stayed here with 4 teens and a tween for our family ski trip to Wolf Creek. The home was just what we needed. It was comfortable and everyone felt at home. We LOVED the hot tub after a long day skiing. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and 3 bathrooms since we had a larger group. We will stay again when we return to South Fork. "

"These are minor details mentioned just in hopes of making the place better. - Heater worked well, however, windows were quite bad, our friend who stayed with us was very cold in the smaller room because the bed was up against the window. She had to use all blankets in the house(which were not very many for the winter season in South fork, it got down to -14 one morning so that was rough for her). The master was very warm - maybe a circulation issue.- Everything was very clean! We suggest getting a extender to clean the fans - they were quite dirty. -We have stayed at various cabins in the area, this one had a lot of utensils and cooking items which was AWESOME. It even had a stainless steel pot. We dislike non-stick and brought our own stainless pot and cooking pot because the non-sticks are the usual option in cabins.- The TV allowed us to stream but for some reason when we connected it went to someone else in the apartment complex and played(we could hear it too). Not sure what the deal is.-Two fridges was cool - we bring alot of food! The one closest to the door was not very cold so we used it as a beverage fridge :) But our overall experience was fabulous! This is a perfect place for a week trip. Seriously going to consider for our other trips! "

"I really enjoyed the simplicity and homie nature of this cabin! 2 showers, laundrey, TV, and most cooking utensils available. We had no problems with any amenities. My dallas native friends also enjoyed all of the Texas and Dallas Cowboys memorabilia. Only thing i can think of to improve was that the lighting in the living area was difficult to figure out, and several light switches had to be found to make enough light for activities. Unbeatable for the price!"
