"We have to do a huge shoutout to the amazing staff of the George Williams hotel. We arrived on the Wednesday before Cyclone Alfred was to hit land on Thursday. They gave us lots of information as well as had a plan for guests. They went out of their way to make every guest feel safe. Because Cyclone Alfred stalled we were able to get the last flight out of Brisbane before the airport closed on Thursday. The George Williams staff refunded our money and made sure we had a ride to the airport. On Wednesday we were given extra room supplies in case the cleaning staff couldn’t make it in. We can say enough about how wonderful it was to stay there. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel. It’s a gem. "

"Capri by Fraser Hotel in Brisbane, a four-star luxury establishment, surpassed my expectations during my overnight stop on the way home. The lobby is unexpectedly compact, yet the staff are friendly and efficient. I asked for a quiet room and was given one on a higher floor. Despite the subway construction in the adjacent block, my room remained completely silent! My room showcases a modern design featuring dark grey and black color schemes, complemented by a vibrant tropical forest green. As a frequent business traveler, I value the spacious desk with an ergonomic chair, a convenient kitchenette, and a cozy bed. When I travel, I love to explore the local neighborhoods. I took the AirTrain from the airport to Central Train Station. To reach Capri, I walked six blocks along Albert St, a pedestrian mall filled with shops, pubs, and eateries. I can't wait to visit Capri again during my next trip. "

"I got the service I asked for. Was so pleased to be able to book in early. Service with any sort of problems was fixed and their food is always remarkable and very flavoursome and delicious. NOT too expensive and staff always very kind and helpful. I absolutely loved my birthday surprise gift when I got back from my BusinessMeetUp Networking downstairs and it was such a wonderful surprise I loved it including the ballon treats and birthday card.
