"The room was nice and clean. But the train.....ohhh the train. There is a train track that runs directly next to the hotel. Although there is no whistle, the low, rumbling, slow train started at 6am and continued until 11pm. Very obnoxious. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Location is ideal if you are flying in for a concert at Dickies Arena as it is 2-3 blocks from the venue. The only thing we noticed was the shower handles needs a little TLC. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh and the Stockyards are only a 15 minute drive!"

"We love to stay at a house near Dickie’s arena when we attend a concert there. This place was within walking distance to the arena. Very clean with little extras like coffee, q-tips, cotton balls, tooth brushes with toothpaste and shave kit, if you forgot them. Will stay again if in the area. Easy communication with owner."
