The location is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and even a few family playgrounds and we really liked that. The house itself looks just like the pictures. "Nice apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located over a bar which I thought would cause some noise issues but never did. The only concern I would have is going and coming with children at night as many of the bar patrons are outside. This did not cause my family an issue but we only have an adult daughter. We did experience and issue but the landlord quickly came up with a solution and we had a great weekend at this location. I would stay here again. "
