"Check in was very good, the concierge was excellent providing map with suggestions to do. The kitchen attendants were very nice and helpful. Location was good and easy access to transportation and gateway of India, walking distance from Victoria Terminus "

"The property is in bas shape, hotel seems very sketchy for family stay, services are in bad shape. Room in general was bad. Location was perfect. Close to all major locations. "

"Old building dirty and no good breakfast option no network inside rooms and even no exhaust or ventilation in room. Rooms gallery and entry as well as stairs are not maintained and remain unhygienic dirty. Service quality are poor. And inside rooms the furnitures other goods n bathrooms are not even basic quality. Felt like online bookings are not reliable anymore"

"Small dirty room. No bathroom, shared down the corridor. "

"This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests."

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond in terms helping each of the residents at the hotel; we can not thank them enough for making our stay all the more enjoyable - a special mention goes to Rajesh and Gopal who were located in reception and were always on hand to help us with any queries that we had. One more point...there is an egg bhurji street fod vendor located right outside the hotel - this is without doubt, the best egg bhurji you will ever taste! "
