The staff were very warm and welcoming and always helpful, extremely polite and ready to do anything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. "20 days into a 42 day backpacking tour of India and used to staying in all types of accommodation. This is not a hotel, it’s 30 rooms in a building where you pay, sleep and leave. No welcome, no goodbye. It’s soulless, no plants no pictures, no redeeming features. We booked a Superior Room with King size bed. On arrival, we were allocated a very small Standard room, 2 single beds, no room to place 1 let alone 2 suitcases. Wifi very weak. We complained and told no other rooms available. Raised...

"This delightful boutique hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff under the management of Hemond who is extremely welcoming and made our visit memorable. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Mumbai,"
