"This place was not worth the money it was not even worth staying for free. The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. No one ever came and no one contacted us to say what was going on. We were left with the ac not working in a very hot nasty house with a newborn. "We stayed here for a week while working on our boat at Clarkes Court Marina. The road to the marina was pretty rough but the convenience of being close made up for it. The apartment was new, spotless, spacious, and all the appliances (including the washer/dryer) worked flawlessly. The manager was right next door but honestly, we didn’t need anything because it was in such good order. The nights were very quiet and the A/C felt wonderful.
