"My friend and I stayed while attending a nearby convention. The location is centralized and nearby the sights, and there's a great view from the 19th floor. However, these pros did not outweigh the many cons of this unit, and dealing with the host. 1. Check-in took 30-40 min because the host provided no confirmation details to the front desk. 2. Dirty kitchen, floors and bathroom 3. Roaches were observed in the bathroom, likely entering through the large gaps in the shower tiles of the service...

"We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again."

"The location was wonderful since it was close to everything in downtown, the place was very cozy and very homey, well accommodated too! The check in process was very simple and we were helped when needed. The place was also very clean too, walked in and it felt like no one had been there before us which was nice, plenty of silverware and plates in case you choose to eat in. An overall very lovely stay! Would book again!"

"I cannot say enough about our host Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!"

"We booked this apartment because it was within walking distance of the convention center and looked great in the pictures. The apartment complex itself could use some updating especially with the elevator button being broken on the top floor. Overall the apartment was pretty updated and clean, the pictures are accurate and there is a balcony which we loved! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!"
