"I stayed here a decade ago and it seems there have been no furnishing updates since then. All furniture in the room was very worn and sagging - so not at all comfortable. Bathroom was as clean as they could get it but it’s old so dirt buildup in corners and grout lines; tub stained from years of use. That said - the people - every single person - was kind, knowledgeable, considerate and professional. "

"Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program.
