"The hotel is beautiful and modern, located right across a metro station and steps to Tower Bridge. Rooms are very comfortable. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that included a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gifts (chocolates) were a nice touch. Thank you Francisca for an amazing service. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again in my next visit to London. "

"I really loved the location of this hotel. It was directly by the underground. They even offered storage luggage while we were waiting to leave the city. There are several small restaurants arounds for coffee and snacks. The beds were firm which is my preference!"
