"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We were warmly welcomed & the language barrier was not an issue. For a bed on route to Milan it was perfect. And so was dinner. This is a small town so everything you need is close. "
