"Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! I'm in love."

I would say this place is a bit more pet tolerant than pet friendly, but we were able to make it work. It was clean, efficient, and cute to boot. "We love this house! This is our 4th year renting it. We look forward to it all year. You can tell the owners take pride in it. This year there was some new landscaping. we find everything we need in the kitchen. The weather was perfect with rain only the last evening. We brought 2 paddleboards again this year and rented a pontoon boat for the week."
