"The front desk staff and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping are always great and helpful! Free parking!!! Since many Dallas hotels charge 10.00 to 20.00 per day just for parking! My only negative comment is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned meaning steam cleaned or replaced! They are always vacuumed! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the parking attendants. In particular, Jasmine & an older black gentleman were just lovely. One complaint is that the tub was a bit slippery, and for seniors it’s a hazard to step into."
