"We booked a long weekend friends trip to celebrate my birthday. An important feature to us was the ability to bring our boat and have a place to store it as well as a nearby place to launch it. We loved how this house had a private gated boat storage area as part of the driveway of the home. It also had a private neighborhood boat launch which was conveniently located right across the street! "The property is so nice! The lagoon in the middle is beautiful! You can snorkel, swim, and kayak in it! The owner communicates very well and offers a kayak, cooler, and chairs for your adventures. We didn’t use the golf cart because the place is small enough to walk everywhere, but it’s so nice they offer that! "Great property, clean and well kept. Boat ramp and dock make it a perfect place for a family boating vacation. Pool was perfect to relax in the afternoon after a day out on the water. Great communication from owner, easy and fun stay."

"Very nicely updated unit. The property was well maintained and had tons too offer the kiddos. Don't let anyone tell you that the saltwater lagoon is not amazing, our whole family loved swimming in it, especially at night. The golf cart was dead and would have helped a lot since the grounds are vast. Over All Fantastic Place!!!! "
