"Pros: kid-friendly with baby gates at top and bottom of stairs, nice mini crib that fit my 2-year-old, toddler toys (the play kitchen was a big hit), easy access to Everglades, close to Robert is Here, driveway parking, clean, excellent communication.Issues: dishwasher did not work well, some cockroaches in the kitchen (it's a warm climate so this happens), can't change the AC schedule only can make temporary adjustments, very thin and minimal amount of toilet paper and paper towels provided....
