"The location is good (on the island) and the staff were friendly. The free coffee and bread rolls was nice, in the absence of breakfast being available. The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The terrace is nice but there is no bar service (although the minibar is well priced). The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information unless asked. For example, I only found out about the swimming pool...

"It’s like the name states , a Jungle Hotel. Excellent service and the tours options at better rates. I recommend the morning 3am tour to the ruins in Tikal, it was amazing . The tour guide very knowledgeable and prepared. Thanks for the good service ! "
