I made a mistake on my booking & couldn't resolve it online but call the hotel Directly & they handled it for me with no problems then when I arrived they knew who I was by the late arrival & name without me saying anything. I travel a lot for work & I will make this my permanent stay when in this market. Top notch please share my feedback with the staff ! Thank you for being amazing !"

"Nicely updated room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was surprisingly good with biscuits and gravy and waffles as the highlight for me. Our big complaint was the TV service. The first night the TV would not connect and when it did, the channels available were few and basic. If they don't want to pay for a decent cable service, then provide Roku TV's where we can opt to stream our own shows."
