"Decent hotel"

"We loved staying here! Convenient to most everything in Florence. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hubby said breakfast was too notch! They also had an indoor pool open late, which we appreciated. The beds could have been a little softer, but not a huge issue. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel itself was very clean and I could tell that there has been recent upgrades made to the hotel. The location was convenient and there were several food options nearby. I would’ve given my stay five stars, but the breakfast food was very average at best. As well the breakfast attendant and Front Desk staff were not super friendly and we’re kinda just there. But all in all it was a good stay. If I am ever in that area again, I would definitely consider returning."

"Martha and Jennifer were awesome! The breakfast was great, check-in and out was nice and easy. The beds were comfy. AC cooled nicely. The only negatives were a bit of a design flaw on the refrigerator under the shelf as it caught our fingers in the small space for door opening, and there was a small bit of black mildew in tub caulking that needs to be replaced. "
