"On arrival staff seemed a little 'put out' that we were checking in. All three were discussing their night before antics whilst my wife and i stood there awaiting a greeting. Eventually we got it and checked in ok. Breakfast was nice, however, the actual area of service is very small for the number of people using it. It made it very uncomfortable and not a great experience waiting to use the drinks machine etc with 20 other people. Needs looking at. "

"Lovely setting, great SPA experience and a classy stay overall. We loved exploring the space, the dining experience and the negronis at the bar. In our room the only minor niggle was the bathroom basin tap controls, which are completely round with no lever so somewhat hard to operate. Would recommend Rushton Hall Hotel highly to anyone wanting a relaxing stay. "

"We booked a standard room, but none available when we arrived so we were upgraded.we were told there was a fridge, but this did not work so one was brought to us from reception - we were supplying the wine for lunch so needed it cold!"
