"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Stayed here for Christmas at this beautiful cottage. From the time of booking, Merrick was a pleasure to deal with. He even arranged for the fire to be lit for when we got there! Upon arrival the cottage was so appealing and absolutely immaculate. It was everything that we had hoped for. It had everything that you could need and all of it was of the highest quality. Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. "The host was very helpful before we arrived sending through directions and everything we needed to check into the property. Lovely place, great views and the hot tub was very welcome after the Blenheim Triathalon. Would highly recommend everything about this property."

"The cottage was very quirky and filled with nick nacks and excess furniture. It looked like the owners still lived there. The spare bedroom ceiling had just been replastered and was still drying !! We had trouble with one of the toilets but this was dealt with very quickly and I have no complaints about the property manager. None of the electrical equipment was PAT tested."

"Beautifully appointed and well-finished property, spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering, and the bedrooms and bathroom were very luxurious. Quality fixtures and furnishings made this a home from home and the hosts were very helpful during our stay.
