"The property is basically a garden shed with basic amenities. There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! On the first night I complained about the smell in the flat which didn’t really get sorted and the next morning we had our first showers in the room. "Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. "Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
