"The property and room are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered is good and the happy hour every day is great. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet. There is a nice sitting area on the front porch as well as the second floor."

"Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."

"The staff was very attentive, and the location is wonderful. they also give you free tickets to a drag show as well as two drinks a night, so you saved some money. the room was manageable, but I do wish they would update the blinds which needed fixed. besides that, it was clean and centrally located and like I said, they give you some good deals on entertainment."

"Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Room was adequate but not a lot of extra space. Breakfast was good but you only have one main dish each day. Today was biscuits and gravy which I don’t like. Had to settle for 2 biscuits plain and some potatoes. Pool area was very nice. Parking can be an issue. We were lucky to get into a lot just across the street from but it was the last spot. The next closest lot is 3 blocks away. Both were $20 a day. We didn’t use the car. If we had, we probably...

"Loved everything about our stay. Everything was as listed. The grounds were beautiful - the breakfast delicious / the room perfect - Beautiful quaint patio- got to swim in the heated pool - felt very safe - drinks and appetizers served in the afternoon- and the kitchen and dining area in the house was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again."

"A great location in Old Town near the southern most point and Duval street. Property was well maintained. There is no staff on site but they were very helpful over the phone. "

"We stayed in Nassau Suite.. facing building upper right front…. So close to everything, no need for transportation. Unit was as advertised, all the needed necessities. Parking space onsite limited but had no issues…. There is also a paid lot close buy if needed. Dryer works best on manual settings. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay"

"Property was small, but great location. Initially had issues getting in the unit but after a short time we figured it out. Negative is 4 units, but 3 parking spots. Had to push a golf cart out of the way to park. "

"The management was top notch. The general manager was great and cared about how to make improvements. Matthew in the bar area was great. The people staying there were very friendly. The location was excellent. The Key West hotel is making improvements on the property and I cant wait to see what it looks like the next time we visit. Shannon and Steve Wallace"
