"We rented three houses in that neighborhood for a wedding at Jacksonville Garden Club. The house we stayed in was an older house, with all the charm that goes with an older home in the city. We stayed upstairs and there were renters downstairs. Actually, met many neighbors since we were walking the neighborhood to the other houses we rented. "The location and set up was perfect for us. The negatives for us were there was mold in the bottom of the shower and the faucet and stopper weren’t hooked up to work. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a towel bar. It was broken off the wall with a screw on one side and the bar holder on the other."

The host was a great communicator. The rental unit met all our needs. To our surprise, they left little snacks and was fully stocked with bathroom items. "
