I thought they will be offering breakfast so I wasn’t prepared to make it and we had to go to the next town (only 15-20min drive) as there was nothing available in that area. "We stayed for one night in a cabin/chalet behind the hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful and polite, despite clearly being alone at work (it was a Sunday night). Check in from a reservation was smooth and convenient. There is not much to do in the area, so we had a couple of beers in the bar/restaurant area and went to bed. The chalet was clean and well-equipped for a longer stay, with appliances, tableware, towels, and a comfortable sleeping arrangement. I would highly recommend this...

The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon.
