"The property was clean and the room spacious. The front desk check-in was easy and so was check-out. I was a bit confused about whether or not I'd need special instructions for check-in, but actually if you are going to arrive in their regular time window (4-10pm) then you don't need to worry about any special instructions. In addition, the included breakfast was great. I also loved the snowy views from the window and the ease of parking close to the front door. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The hotel was nice. It was the most expensive booking on our ring riad experience but no breakfast included as it's off season and its not worthwhile to provise that to the few guests there. It would have been nice to know this in advance so we could have brought something with us. Not much happening in town off season. "We stayed for one night in a cabin/chalet behind the hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful and polite, despite clearly being alone at work (it was a Sunday night). Check in from a reservation was smooth and convenient. There is not much to do in the area, so we had a couple of beers in the bar/restaurant area and went to bed. The chalet was clean and well-equipped for a longer stay, with appliances, tableware, towels, and a comfortable sleeping arrangement. I would highly recommend this...
