"Good location for Garibaldi station and airport transfers. Not central but the city is very walkable. There are good fine dine options and average restaurants and a good supermarket. A Starbucks, Eataly and Princi all in 5minutes of walking distance."

"The hotel is almost perfect. Breakfast is top notch. Three minor things: 1. We stay at the 2nd floor. There are constantly humming sound from trolly every few minutes. I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper. 2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes....

"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. Three layers plus a thick hoody, socks, warm pants and the three blankets. I thought...

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. "Very competent hotel. Quick service at the front desk for check-in. Have been staying at these hybrid airbnb/hotel kind of places recently and it was nice to stay at this hotel where I don't need to arrange with the "staff" when I show up. 24 hour desk and no bs.
