Best part, especially over the Christmas holidays where you can enjoy the view of the Duomo all lite up from your balcony. Excellent shower. Dual sinks. Very close to the boat docks and shopping. "This is simply stunning bed and breakfast. But that’s it. Mountain View in Lecco. Immaculate place with zero room amenities. A common area for use at certain times and a beautiful pool. Breakfast one hour only, we didn’t take it as it’s served too late. Many rules including no eating in a room with no fridge or coffee maker. 20 min drive to Lecco Centro and 45 mins to como. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and wished it was a week. The apartment was as comfortable and the view as beautiful as advertised. We did not have a car But it was easy to get to and from the lovely town of Varenna by cab. Marco was a very gracious and helpful host I highly recommend this property. "

"Everything about the house is fantastic with great views across Lake Como. The hosts, Danielle and Marco were flgreat and greeted us upon arrival. We were very spoilt with a bottle of bubbly and delicious snacks. The house was a little further out of Varenna than we thought, but we love to walk and we think we left fitter than when we arrived. We would definitely recommend staying at El Lavandee."
