"Air conditioning turns itself off at night tv in bedroom I had to fix water and ice on fridge not working reception not really informative and there was a really strong chemical smell in the entry where the lifts are very off putting. Close to everything and we had a nice stay but there could be a few things they could work on "

"Location was perfect and very walkable to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, parks and fun things to do. The staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean with great views. "I booked a room for my father whilst Mum was in hospital. From hotel door to Mater doors was no more than 2 min walk. Parking was included and the staff went out of their way to facilitate my father checking in early. Only about 25 min walk to Southbank and plenty of eating options within 5 min walk."

The 2 things that really let down the visit was that fact that our key fob only worked in one lift, which meant at times we would wait for roughly 10 minutes just to get to our room or down from our room. There was no offer of a replacement fob when I brought it up with the front desk staff.
