"This is a National Sports centre which offers accommodation of two kinds. The Hall itself is dates to the late 1800's it is splendid! The modern block provides something more akin to student accommodation. Our stay in the Hall was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the sunny terrace looking out over beautifully managed gardens. Breakfast was plentiful and included a wide variety of hot and cold foods. Parking was easy. As I have mobility issues, Poppy went out of her way to ensure access to all areas. Thank her for caring enough to make a difference. "

"An absolutely wonderful stay, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff. The location is stunning, easy to locate, parking a few metres from reception, ideal for couples or larger parties of golfers."

"From the second we walked in we were greeted with lovely reception staff, the lady who served us was amazing kind and always had a smile , the room was unbelievable and clean, would 1000% be my first choice for a hotel getaway again! "

"We had a lovely stay in a really lovely hotel. Room very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and check in was easy. We had a family party there and the food for their buffet was delicious and plenty of it. Later that evening we had a meal there and Was delicious. Again breakfast was great and plenty of choice. All the staff at each of the stages of our day were friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Will be visiting again when we are in the area visiting relatives. "
