"We were very well looked after at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early at 1pm for no additional cost. We were very grateful for this as had been awake since 3am previous day for an early flight which was eventually cancelled after considerable delay. Furthermore, when my phone charging cable stopped working, reception guys were extremely helpful and charged my phone for me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the food served at the bar...

"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. "
