While the Expedia refund could not happen to no fault of the hotel, our manager friend delivered so much value and benefits to our stay that we felt fully whole. From the personal greetings and farewells, to all the excellent meals and customer service in between, we were blown away impressed by this hotel and its management. Views to the Taj are the best and the pool was perfection. I will recommend to everyone to stay here "

From the entrance to the rooms everything was spotless and meticulously clean which I enjoyed. All of the staff were very helpful with any need that I had and room service was great.
