"Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 2 Famielien (9 Personen) sehr genossen. Das riesigen Haus verströmt den Charme einer südländischen Filmkulisse der 60ger Jahre des letzten Jarhunderts. Die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und abends warm abstrahlendem Haus bietet Tiefenentspannung. Für Perfektionisten oder Menschen mit Reilichkeitswahn sind die Armaturen und Fliesen aus den 60ger bis 80gern sicherlich nichts. "We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. We traded maple syrup for olive oil and he invited us to join an evening with his friends and family and made Prosecco/maple syrup cocktails! "L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !"

"Great stay up in the hills above Londa. Apartment is under the family home, and also with a second apartment next door. We hadn't realised that there were two - photographs on Vrbo show mostly of the main apartment but with a few views of the other one. Our apartment was ideal for us. Thankfully heating was available as we had wet and cold weather (unexpectedly!) Lots of walks can be taken from the property and also within a short car ride away if you are into walking. "This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"
