"During our 10-day April stay, we appreciated the lovely lobby and exceptional staff, but found our experience negatively impacted by the high price and inconvenient ongoing construction, which meant facilities like the gym were unavailable. The room was slightly grubby, we complained and received a fair discount without any debate, again, excellent staff. Despite that, were still disappointed and wished prior notice about the construction had allowed us to choose another hotel."
