"Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again."

"This is a gem of a cabin. Nestled in the woods on a hill overlooking Golden, it is completely private. The stars & Milky Way at night are spectacular. The cabin is large. Two huge bedrooms plus a third room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is very complete - we even cooked a turkey dinner! Living room has a wood fireplace, big decks, comfortable chairs. "The cabin was very cozy set on a beautiful property with mountain views. It was a very short drive to town as well as easy access to three national parks. The host was so helpful with local information as well as allowing us to store our bikes in her shed. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore the area around Golden."

"Well... so far is a good experience. location is 1 hours 30 minutes from Lake Louise, we almost want to cancel because we are not expecting that far. but ended up we continued to stay. It is quite and Max is very helpful with all what we need. Location is in Golden BC, but its a nice view on the way to cabin. make sure not driving in the night or dark time. Bring your own food for dinner or bfast. No restaurant surrounding. "
