"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. "Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit. "
