"Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! Unfortunately, the 1950s house updates (and more recent plastic floors) are making it not so perfect: no air conditioner (we stayed there with +36C heat wave for a whole week!! - it was very uncomfortable…), old cabinets,...

"This was a fantastic stay except for the following: Spoiled milk left in the fridge Dead flies all over the floor as well as other dirt upon arrival Construction noise and outhouse smell at certain times of the day We had to buy and replace batteries for the remote in the tv room No check in or check out instructions were provided so we had to keep texting the host for information"
