"We were a family of 3 adults, 6 nights, March 2025, executive room. The hotel is perfection! Feel new / renovated. Amazing shower and large. 2 beds and single sofa which was comfortable. "One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "

"This hotel was amazinggg! My bf and I loved the hotel because of its view and also location was great close to the castle and the sightseeing areas. The breakfast was also good. The property is close to the bus station as well. The only thing I didnt like was the bed which were two beds they connect to each other. Other than that loved this hotel"

"It was a perfect spot overlooking the harbor! We had a slight problem getting onto the free wifi when we arrived (quickly resolved!), and the hot water was not very hot when showering...but I would stay in this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat! "

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"Fantastic. Great hotel, professional staff, great location. Just be really careful if you need to park. If you miss the gate it's a 8-minute drive back. The only drawback was the heat in the room (winter). It was very hot. The desk turned the heat off remotely for us but it was still 82+ in there so we had to leave the door open (40's outside) to sleep."

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...
