"Spectacular view, beautiful gardens, lovely home, difficult to reach, many stairs and winding road."

"Great old home decorated well in the mountains of small town. Naps pool side under the veranda listening to the nature all around was a daily event. We had plans to go to Portifino but never made it. The property was a nice escape after being in very crowded cities. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Italy. Luisa was very sweet and helpful when needed."

"Beautiful spot to stay and explore that part of Italy. Winding road to get there but worth it. Very comfortable furniture throughout and well maintained. We didn’t cook meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. Just telling friends that you stayed in a castle built in the 1400’s is worth it. "

"The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!"

Pick a moment - the first time you walk down to the house and take in the view, lazing by the Med in your own private area then jumping in for a dip to cool off, exploring nearby Zoagli, Portofino and Camogli or evening drinks and dinner on the balcony…. It was all perfect. Luca is an outstanding host and provided many great recommendations for us during our stay. "

"Place was a little difficult to find, parking is tight, almost impossible to find 1 of our 3 nights, place is basic, outdated, and doesn’t have air conditioning. There was 1 non working unit by front door, bedrooms in lower level didn’t have air. Luckily the weather was very good and we didn’t need during the night. Church bells ring every 30 mins until 12:30a, starting at 6:00a. Neighbors are loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. No oven, wood for pizza oven was wet and not...

"Une semaine au top… Maison très bien entretenue, au calme avec une vue magnifique (mer et montagne). Baignade et randonnée au rendez-vous ! "The house is large and well furnished. We were 6 people and had everything we needed in the house. We especially enjoyed the garden, small pool and outside table and barbecue. The ciccadas do make a lot of noise during the day in the hot summer months, but you can enjoy noise-free 'breaks' inside the house where you can e.g. take a siesta in one of the cool bedrooms. "Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided.
