"We had a great stay. The unit was very comfortable and was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed."

"The property was amazing but we had one night with out any air conditioning and had to follow up multiple times to get it fixed. Till the last day it was not cooling properly. I feel if you pay so much, and come for a special occasion you should be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Other hotels would usually comp something or the other but there was no adjustment made. "

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort. Lovely stay in Faro

"Since our visiting granddaughter had an early flight, we decided to book this hotel. We booked a three beds suite--nice, comfortable and clean. We missed the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. At check-in, the machine to load the door keys was down so the young lady at reception had to accompany us to our room to unlock the door. By evening, the door key machine was functioning. We were able to park our car right in front of the main doors which was a bonus. We would definitely stay in that hotel again!"

"You must have breakfast at the hotel. Fresh, wholesome, delicious! Plenty to eat. We’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Europe, this is our favourite. The staff is exceptional! The rooms are well appointed. The balconies are large and the views are great! Will definitely recommend it to our friends!"

"Great hotel overall. We stayed a week in February in a room with ocean view. The room had a nice view and good size. Breakfast was delicious. Indoor pool was always warm and gym was well equipped. The spa is great too. The beach is one of the nicest in Portugal. While there are several restaurants nearby, there's not too much variation and food is relatively expensive. Would definitely stay again."
