"This is a great guest house and who includes breakfast anymore?? My cousin and I stayed for one night and our room was very warm, cozy, and the owner made us very welcome. He went above and beyond with breakfast the next morning and cooked up custom meals for each of us! I would definitely stay here again since it is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Largs train station, and who doesn’t love excellent hospitality and service?! Highly recommended"

"Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips."

"Stayed with a colleague in a twin room. The room appeared to be recently refurbished. Fresh milk provided in a fridge, much nicer than uht cartons. The room is absolutely silent. Nice heavy door, good windows. That's the most important thing for me as I hate noise when I need to sleep. Couldn't hear a thing even though we were next to the breakfast room."
