Antes de la llegada, faltó comunicación del anfitrión para el proceso de ingreso a la propiedad, no obstante después mejoró. Por otra parte, ayudaría que la alberca estuviera climatizada. Fuera de estos dos detalles, lo demás excelente."

"The house is beautiful and spacious, designed to host a lot of guests. It is very nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and large as well as the bedrooms, each with its own terrace and bathroom. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay. The location is very quiet at the very end of a street, there are lots of lighting inside the property around the yard. You could walk to downtown Tepoz, but it might take about 25 minutes or more. There is a coffee shop about 10-15 min...

"No issues, staff(cleaning crew) was amazing, there were several windy days that would dirty the pool and they would come in and make sure to clean it. Beautiful home only downside is that no ac in all the rooms only the master bedroom. View is amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves. If I’m ever back I will definitely book them again."

"We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Valle de Atongo! The space is beautifully put together and very comfortable and clean. Márgara and Joaquín were wonderful hosts; they were easy to communicate with and provided significant help in coordinating rides between Tepoztlán and Mexico City and even helped us with dinner on our first night since we would be traveling and arriving past dinnertime. This was a wonderful place to stay to explore Tepoztlán!"

"We stayed for a month and loved our time here! This place is in a tranquil garden setting, away from the loudest part of town. It is modern, with a comfortable bed, a hot shower with good water pressure, fast Wifi, a responsive host, and on-site caretakers who are always available. Having an outdoor area to sit and enjoy the fresh air was wonderful. We didn’t use the fire pit, but it looked nice. The only thing I would update on the listing is the mention of a washer and dryer—there is not...
