The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Babcock Ranch has a host of parks, restaurants and activities.Richard was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and even offering great local tips (such as the Babcock Ranch eco tour).I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Punta Gorda area."

"We had an excellent stay. The host were great communicators. Had a few things missing that were supposed to be included (paper towels, laundry pods, ect) and the host had it there that evening. Had issues with the thermostat which was fixed immediately. The host even followed up the next day.
