At Parker Bliss, we strive for all our Guests to enjoy a 5-star experience from start to finish.

We accept instant bookings. We will confirm your reservation details and e-mail the Parker Bliss Agreement for you to read, complete, initial and e-sign prior to your stay. A copy of the Parker Bliss Agreement is available upon request before making a reservation.

We are a dog friendly home for small to medium size dog(s) less than 50 lbs. Please send us an inquiry with your dog's details (name, size, breed, if you plan to have more than one, and a picture), for pre-approval BEFORE making your reservation. Exceptions for dogs over 50 lbs. may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Upon dog approval, a $150.00 dog fee, per dog, per stay, shall be added to your reservation. If there is more than one dog, an additional payment request of $150.00 per additional dog, per stay will be sent. The Pet Addendum shall be completed and signed. A copy of the Pet Addendum is available upon request before making a reservation.

Please send us an inquiry if you will have one or more Service Animal(s) on the property. The Service Animal Addendum shall be completed and signed. A copy of the Service Animal Addendum is available upon request.

We are private owners who self-manage the property. We are easily accessible, DAY or NIGHT, by phone, text, e-mail, or VRBO messaging.

We keep pricing simple and inclusive. The pricing structure below is for the exclusive use of the home and amenities. Pricing structure is the same for occpancies for 2 people as it is for 6 people. Note - children ages 0 to 17 are counted as a person for occupancy purposes.

VRBO payments can be divided into 3 installments:
35% due at the time of booking
35% due 65 days before check-in
30% due 35 days before check-in.

We offer contactless check-in and check-out. Our Guests choose their own access code to use the ADT Security system (optional) and for front door and garage door keyless entry. Guests may check-in any time AFTER 4:00 PM and check-out any time BEFORE 10:00 AM.

We pride ourselves on a clean and well-maintained home. Parker Bliss has routine maintenance services performed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Such as lawn care, pool service, salt delivery, pest control, A/C & pool heater maintenance, etc.

We provide a dog friendly environment. Your furry friend will enjoy using the medium size doggy door to enter the fenced-in backyard from the pool enclosure or taking long walks on a leash within our rural neighborhood.

We are a 100% non-smoking property. There is No Smoking permitted Anywhere on the property, including the sidewalk, the enclosed front porch, driveway, garage, inside the home, back lanai, pool enclosure, and the front and back yards. This No Smoking policy includes all forms of smoking (e.g. marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.). Smoking is only permitted off Property at the street.

No events. No parties. No large gatherings are permitted.

Occupancy shall not exceed the maximum of 6 people, including children ages 0-17 years old, and/or the maximum number of vehicles of 3. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. If your vacation plans includes excceeding the maximum occupancy (6) or the maximum number of vehicles (3), please send us an inquiry before making your reservation.

Florida's saltwater environment may cause hybrid or electric vehicle batteries to spontaneously catch on fire. Therefore, no electric vehicles may park inside the garage or near the house.

No large vehicles, trucks or SUVs may park inside the garage. We have experienced too many Guests hitting our garage wall(s) while attempting to park their large vehicle, truck or SUV inside the garage

Walk through the sliding glass doors to the back lanai. The lanai sits underneath a 30’ x 48’, UV protected screened enclosure, providing protection from sun and bugs. There is a dining table for 6, a mini fridge to store cold food and beverages, and a BBQ grill to cook meals. In the evening relax in the heated hot tub.

Steps away you will find a beautiful, 32’ x 17’, curved, custom built, saltwater, swimming pool. The pool depth is 3'6" and slopes down to 5'6" at the deep end where the pool loungers invite you to lay in the sun. The pool is electric heated to take the chill out when the weather is cooler. Areca Palm trees and Calusa bushes surround the pool enclosure to enhance pool privacy. A pool barrier fence encloses the pool for the safety of children. When you are not in the mood to swim, put your toes in the water while sitting on the sundeck. Listen to the sounds of 3, three-foot, sheer descent waterfalls for pure relaxation. From dusk to dawn the lanai lights will illuminate the pool area creating a blissful ambience. Control the lanai lights with a remote to change colors, dim the lights, or turn them off for a restful night’s sleep. Bring your night swimming to life with two (2) colorful pool LED lights.

ADT Security protects Parker Bliss and its Guests. There is exterior only, audio/video, motion-activated, security cameras viewing the street, sidewalk, enclosed front porch (doorbell), driveway, inside the garage, each side of the house, and pool area. Each security camera or viewable area is identified with a security sticker, label or sign. The security cameras are not monitored 24 hours a day. We may view recorded video clips when needed or view the security cameras live when notifications are received. But, for our Guest’s privacy the security cameras notifications are turned off during their stay.

Parker Bliss has an Ecobee thermostat; a smart thermostat that is both energy efficient and helps to keep you comfortable. Ecobee communicates with its smart room sensors, windows, or door sensors. Ecobee Smart room sensors are in the living room, kitchen, and each bedroom. Ecobee will automatically adjust the temperature based on home activity and humidity levels. Ecobee allows our Guests to adjust the temperature within a specified range. The temperature range may be restricted when the Florida temperatures are extremely hot to avoid the A/C from freezing. The Ecobee thermostat is so smart that it will turn the A/C off when a window or door is left open and turn the A/C back on when all windows and doors are closed.

StarLink satellite high-speed Internet / Wi-Fi is available to connect your personal devices.

The Living Room has a curved 65” Samsung Smart TV, with DirectTV satellite TV service (120 channels + local channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose surround. Be sure to turn on the Bose surround to hear the TV. The Fireplace media center provides a romantic setting when the flames are turned on or supply infrared heat on those chilly Florida nights. The power recliner has a built-in USB to power up your devices, two cup holders to hold your favorite beverage, and push buttons to put your feet up. Relax on the modern sectional and push the ottoman in close for instant family snuggle time.

The Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is furnished with everyday essentials such as a large cup coffee maker, a single serve Keurig, a tea kettle, toaster, waffle maker, dishes, slow cooker, bakeware, and other cookware. Eat at the breakfast bar on two swivel bar stools or at the dining room table with a seating for four (4).

Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, a nightstand, and a closet. Enjoy a restful night sleep with no distractions from TV.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, and a closet. Enjoy TV in bed with the 50” Samsung Smart TV, DirectTV service (120 channels + local channels) and a Blu-Ray DVD player.
