"This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! "FRAUD. THIS PLACE IS A HOUSE. DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT IS PICTURED ON YOUR SITE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT ISN'T A HOTEL. IT IS A HOUSE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF OWNER. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. "

"This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. "

"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
