"My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The basement apartment is nicely furnished and well-stocked. The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes from Cherry Creek, Washington Park, the Botanic Gardens, City Park, the Museum of Nature and Science, and ten or fifteen minutes from the Civic Center, the opera house, and all the nearby venues. The check-in process is really easy, and there is a parking spot in back, so, very convenient. Would definitely go back."

"Had a great weekend in Denver. You really cannot beat the location of this property, especially if you are going to see a concert at The Ogden or The Fillmore. Everything was as shown in the listing. Lots of appliance options for cooking and the living room was a nice space to hang out. The bedroom had everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the owners even provided an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in case we forgot ours. The place is perfect and the neighborhood is so nice with a couple restaurants, coffee shop, in a great neighborhood bar. Great neighborhood vibe with lots of people walking their dogs. Host was amazingly responsive."
