"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

"We had a very nice stay ,in this lovely loccation the cottage was large and clean , however on arrival we found the dryer was not working, rang the host several times and left messages and e mails.We had no reply or any contact during our stay ,so dryer remained broken ( frustrating ). Also a minor irk was there was no tin opener.A welcome pack would have been nicer than a download.The host scored 0 but the stay was nice"

"3 night stay for a local business event. The property was lovely and clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The grass did need cutting and the front garden wasn't that nice.Some real basics were missing like. Salt and pepper, can opener, , and scissors. No basis casserole dish. Kitchen kit h equipment more than basic. The rchairs and couch sadly was the most uncomfortable furniture I have every day on, although looked colourful."
