"Excellent location for the centre of Bristol. We were easily able to walk (on a sunny day) from the train station. Lots of independent shops and cafes around the hotel. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Room was large and clean. Bathroom modern and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely book again if needed."

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us. "

"The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Stayed on a Saturday so we were able to enjoy the wine and cheese they offer in the evening. Staff was excellent and Scott was top notch!"

"The place is gorgeous, the staff are polite, the rooms are well kept. My only gripes are with the breakfast, and the pillows. With the exchange, I basically paid 60 for undercooked eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Maybe I’m just foreign and that’s how they do eggs here, but it wasn’t edible. And the pillows are feather and I am a side-sleeper, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable. All of that is forgiven due to the amazing heated floors in the bathroom, stood in there with bare just to feel cozy a few times. "
