Property is clean & staff have great customer service. Will not be a top choice pick next time when in the Richmond area. "

"We liked the hotel itself. The staff were super friendly towards us and our children. Outside the hotel was a different story. I was almost hit by a car due to everyone speeding through the parking lot. Signage should really be placed for this. There is no reason I should almost be hit by another car when I am touching my own car in a parking space."
