We booked at the property for several weeks with no issues. We had a leak in the refrigerator and Eddie stated he couldn't help. We fixed it ourselves no issue. We made a complaint and there was a MASSIVE issue. We began supposedly getting complaints and had damage in our room.. ridiculous remarks from the GM in retaliation for complaining. They retaliate by putting us on a do not rent list and send rude messages via email. If you stay, don't complain unless you're checking out for good. Other than that, they're pretty nice people until you piss them off.

I don’t know where to begin, the fire alarm disconnected in our room, the lack of a bedside table, dirty floors, shower rod installed improperly and falling apart, transient people in and out at all hours of the night, people propping Exit Only doors open with rocks, no continental breakfast, just bagels & fruit & bad coffee with only one choice of creamer (hazelnut) that I won’t use. We didn’t feel safe and were creeped out by the filth.

We reserved 2 rooms the first one had a strong smoke odor and the second one had a strong pet urine odor, we has one room changed from the beginning the second one was not intense at the start but the longer you stayed in it the stronger the urine smell got. both rooms did not have the dispensers refilled in the bathroom, the floors and furniture was dirty and dusty, lots of old stains never cleaned. Breakfast was a hit and miss every day you had to ask for items service was poor.
